Spacestronaut (In-Progress)

Spacestronaut is an exploration platformer leaving you stranded in deep space due to an unfortunate navigation failure with your Earth 2.0 Homestead ship; which is now in pieces and, like you, drifting through an Asteroid Field in deep space. However, contact has been made with a second Homestead ship; meeting you at the rondevu point on the other side of the Asteroid Field. You, alone, must pass through this rocky minefield, overcoming any risks you may face, in order to reach the randevu point.

Armed with a futuristic 3D Printer, your able to print ranged weapons, explosives, and power cells to defeat enemies, destroy asteroids, and give your power shield the juice it needs to protect you from those hazards. 

Unexpected detours are bound to happen in deep space, and your current position is no exception. Whilst navigating through to asteroid field, alone and on high alert, you'll encounter Wormholes that seemingly popup out of nowhere and whisk you away to never-before-seen worlds.  You'll discover and conquer your way through the alien-infused worlds to reach the Wormhole and continue on your path to the randevu. 

Game Genre (Ideas)

• Platformer - Specifically for navigation through the Asteroid Field (also a possibility for the different Wormhole Worlds)
• 2.5 2D Dungeon Crawler-esk - Would be in regards to the Wormhole Worlds, and the Asteroid Field being played as a Platformer = Creator Favorite
